Bulk Order – Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in placing a bulk order with Travemory.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before confirming your bulk purchase. These terms ensure clarity, transparency, and smooth execution of customized and bulk production orders.

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Bulk orders are accepted subject to the following minimum quantities:

  • Fridge Magnets ( Wooden / Acrylic):
    Minimum 50 pieces per design
  • Ceramic Fridge Magnets:
    Minimum 100 pieces per design
  • Souvenirs & Ornaments (Wood / Acrylic):
    Minimum 50 pieces per design

Each design is treated as a separate order for quantity and pricing purposes.

2. Design Finalization

  • Customers may:
    • Share their own design, or
    • Choose from customized design options provided by Travemory.
  • A pre-production design/mockup will be shared for approval before production begins.
  • Production will start only after final design approval from the customer.

3. Payment Terms

  • 70% advance payment of the total order value is mandatory to initiate production.
  • The remaining 30% balance amount + courier/shipping charges must be paid at the time of dispatch.
  • Production will not commence without receipt of the advance payment.

4. Production & Quality Updates

  • Travemory will share:
    • Pre-production images/videos
    • Post-production images/videos

These will be shared for customer reference and confirmation of quality before dispatch.

5. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery timeline for bulk orders is 2 to 4 weeks, depending on:
    • Quantity
    • Design complexity
    • Material type
  • The exact delivery date will be communicated via phone or WhatsApp after order confirmation.

6. Shipping & Dispatch

  • Courier charges are not included in the product cost unless stated otherwise.
  • Orders will be dispatched only after full payment (remaining balance + courier charges) is completed.
  • Once dispatched, Travemory is not responsible for courier delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • No refund or cancellation is permitted once the advance payment has been made.
  • Bulk and customized orders are made specifically as per customer requirements, and hence are non-refundable.

8. Product Variations Disclaimer

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to:
    • Handcrafted production process
    • Material characteristics
    • Lighting differences in photography
  • Such variations are considered normal and are not treated as defects.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a bulk order and making the advance payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions.
