At Travemory, most of our products are customized and made to order. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before production has started.
- Once the order is confirmed and production has begun, cancellation will not be permitted.
2. Customized & Bulk Orders
- Customized orders and bulk orders are strictly non-cancellable once the advance payment has been made.
- This includes orders placed based on:
- Customer-provided designs, or
- Travemory-approved customized designs.
3. Payment & Refunds
- Any advance payment made for customized or bulk orders is non-refundable.
- For non-customized products (if applicable), cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis before dispatch.
4. How to Request Cancellation
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via WhatsApp or official customer care contact.
- Requests received after production or dispatch will not be accepted.
5. Policy Acceptance
By placing an order with Travemory, customers agree to this Cancellation Policy along with our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.
